Strawberry Angel Ribbon Loaves - cooking recipe

1 pkg. Duncan Hines angel food cake mix
1 qt. frozen strawberry yogurt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Prepare cake batter following package directions.
Divide equally between 2 ungreased 9 x 5
x 3-inch loaf pans.
Press batter with spatula into sides and bottom of pan to avoid air pockets.
Bake 30 minutes.
Suspend cakes, upside down with corners resting on 4 cans or glasses of equal height. Cool 30 minutes or pans cool to touch.
Split cake into 3 layers, lengthwise, using long serrated knife.
