Broccoli-Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. coarse saltine cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. instant chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli.
    Combine corn, broccoli, egg, 1/2 cup of the cracker crumbs, the onion, 2 tablespoons butter, salt and pepper.
    Turn into a 1-quart casserole.
    Combine the remaining 1/4 cup cracker crumbs and the remaining butter.
    Sprinkle over vegetable mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
