Tony'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. zwieback or graham cracker crumbs
5/8 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs, separated
1 c. cream

Preparation

Combine crumbs with 2 tablespoons sugar and butter.
Blend thoroughly.
Line bottom of a spring-form pan.
