Jefferson Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. pkg. orange jello
8 1/2 oz. crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges
8 oz. carton cottage cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Do not add water to jello.
Drain fruit well.
Mix dry jello with fruit.
Add cottage cheese and mix well.
Add Cool Whip and mix well.
Refrigerate.
