Spinach Helen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook spinach in as little water as possible.
    Drain off liquid.
    Mix dry onion soup mix and lemon juice into sour cream and blend into hot spinach.
    Turn into heated casserole and place in a 300\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
