Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 qt. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    cinnamon to taste
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into a 2 1/2-quart pan. Cook over very low flame. Stir often. Cook until almost all milk is gone.
    When almost cool, beat 1 egg and mix in well.
