Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 lb. squash, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 egg
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cheese, grated
    1 c. cracker crumbs, melted with margarine
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Add squash and cook until tender. Add all other ingredients except cracker crumbs.
    Pour in casserole dish.
    Top with cracker crumbs, that are mixed with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown on top.
