Best Ever Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 small can crushed pineapple
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil.
Beat in eggs.
Add dry ingredients. Fold in pineapple, carrots and nuts.
Pour into three 8-inch layer pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 25 to 40 minutes or until done.
