Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. can salmon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Drain salmon and save juice.
    Add egg and flour; pepper to taste (no salt).
    Add baking powder to 1/4 cup juice.
    Should fill cup to 3/4 full with foam.
    Mix.
    Form into patties and fry.
