Butler'S Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk or light cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    2 c. crabmeat
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Melt butter and stir in flour.
    Add milk and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
    Cook about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add salt, pepper and cheese, stirring until cheese is melted.
    Remove from heat; add egg yolks, then crabmeat.
    Pour into a casserole.
    Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs together and sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
