Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. jar chopped pimiento, drained
    1 can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and onion rings (1/2 can).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes.
