Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 small onion, chopped
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. Ritz crackers or flavored bread crumbs
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except cracker crumbs.
Pour into a square 2-quart round buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle top with crumbs and dot with butter.
(Frozen broccoli can be cooked according to package directions and drained well before mixing with other ingredients.)
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
