Chuckwagon Beef Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    1/2 c. water
    21 oz. can pork and beans
    15 oz. can kidney beans, undrained
    2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large skillet until hot and bubbly. Reduce heat.
    Separate 1 can biscuits and place 1-inch cube of Cheddar cheese in each.
    Fold in half; press firmly.
    Drop biscuits in one tablespoon of milk, then roll in crushed corn chips.
    Pour hot mixture ina 2 or 3-quart casserole dish.
    Place biscuits on top.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 12 to 18 minutes.
    Yields 5 to 6 servings.
