Elizabeth'S Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 egg yolks, well beaten
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind (optional)
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt.
    Stir in beaten egg yolks and water.
    Cook in double boiler until thick.
    Add lemon juice and rind and pour into a baked pie shell.
    Cover with meringue.
