Sirloin Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. sirloin roast
    pkg. brown gravy (any brand)
    salt
Preparation
    Choose a deep skillet with a lid.
    Place it on a stove eye; spray it with cooking oil and pour approximately 1 tablespoon of oil in the bottom.
    Brown your roast on both sides.
    Put the lid on and bake in your oven for approximately 3 hours at 325\u00b0. Remove it from the oven and tear it into serving size pieces or smaller.
    Dispose of any fat.
    Salt to taste.
    Prepare the brown gravy according to the package, usually it is contents of package and 1 cup of water, cooked until thickened.
    Add to roast and serve.
