Twin Meat Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 slices soft bread, cubed
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 c. chili sauce
Preparation
    Mix meats well.
    Stir in onion, celery, salt, poultry seasoning, pepper, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
    Soak bread in milk.
    Add eggs; beat well with rotary beater.
    Combine meat and egg mixtures.
    Form 2 loaves; roll in bread crumbs. Place in greased shallow baking dish.
    Spread 1/2 cup chili sauce over each loaf.
    Pour 1/2 cup boiling water around loaves.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
