Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. apples (raw), chopped
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Peel apples, chop and set aside.
Pour all Crisco oil into large bowl.
Add sugar and eggs; beat well.
Sift flour with salt, soda and baking powder.
Gradually add flour and creamed mixture. Add vanilla, gently fold in apples and pecans.
Pour into a well Pamed 10-inch angel food cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
When cool, remove and drizzle with following glaze.
