Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Mix butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt in saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla.
    Pour over popcorn.
    Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 250\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Stir occasionally.
