Pork Chop Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (trim fat)
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can beef broth
    1 can onion soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put chops in a casserole dish.
    Mix all other ingredients together and pour over chops and cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
