Quick Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    about 2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Put flours and baking powder into a large bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Add butter and margarine and rub in with fingertips until mixture resembles bread crumbs. Stir in enough milk to form a dough. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead briefly.
    Roll out dough to a 10-inch circle. Transfer to a greased baking sheet.
    Use as directed in recipe.
