Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal mix
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. Crisco oil
    1 c. or 1 small can cream-style corn
    2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 onion, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients; bake about 30 minutes or until light brown on top.
