Party Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    8 slices Monterey Jack cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 c. seasoned herb stuffing mix
    1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan; top each with cheese slice.
    Sprinkle on mushrooms.
    Mix soup and broth; pour over chicken.
    Lightly crumble stuffing; sprinkle over chicken.
    Dribble butter over the stuffing and chicken.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 8 servings.
