Cabbage-Sausage Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef kielbasa sausage (may use lite)
    1 small head cabbage, cut into wedges or coarsely shredded
    3 to 4 white potatoes, cut into quarters
    1 to 2 carrots, sliced
    1/2 green pepper, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut sausage into serving size pieces.
    Grill in Dutch oven or large skillet over medium heat until lightly browned.
    Add potatoes, onion, carrots, green pepper and cabbage in layers.
    Add water, salt or pepper as desired.
    Cover and allow to steam until vegetables attain desired degree of tenderness.
