Nana'S Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can bean dip
    1/2 c. lite mayonnaise
    1 c. lite sour cream
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 large baking potato
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    10 black olives
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    11 1/2 oz. plain taco chips
Preparation
    Microwave potato; peel and mash.
    While warm, mix with taco seasoning, sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
    In shallow dish, layer bean dip, potato mix, vegetables and Cheddar cheese. Serve with plain, unseasoned chips.
    I use a pedestal type dish and arrange vegetables in an attractive manner.
    Leftovers keep well covered and refrigerated.
    Serves 15.
