Mom'S Applesauce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello (cherry or raspberry)
    1 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. applesauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Blend in applesauce and lemon juice.
    Pour into individual molds or a serving dish. Chill until firm.
    Makes about 2 1/2 cups or 5 to 7 servings.
