Ingredients

1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 c. flour (stir before measuring)
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 large egg
1/3 c. lightly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Drain peaches thoroughly.
In mixing bowl, sift together stirred flour, baking soda, salt and sugar.
Beat egg until thick and add to dry ingredients with drained peaches.
Stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients.
Turn into ungreased baking dish (sheet cake size).
