Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 pt. buttermilk
4 c. Raisin Bran cereal
Preparation

Into a large bowl, sift flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
Add oil and buttermilk and mix well.
Make a deep well in the dry ingredients and pour liquid mix in.
Stir by hand, just enough to moisten dry mix.
Fold in the Raisin Bran cereal.
