Yankee Beef Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. arm roast, cubed
    Season-All salt
    garlic salt
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 cans beef broth (double strength)
Preparation
    Mix cubed roast, garlic salt, season salt and flour in a large bowl.
    Stir together until all meat is well coated.
    Place meat into large preheated frying pan with small amount of vegetable oil.
    Cook over medium heat until meat is browned.
    Stir in 2 cans of beef broth and stir in 2 cans of warm water.
    Cook until broth and water become gravy.
    Serve over mashed potatoes or cooked rice.
