Hearty Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. cracked pepper

In 4 quart skillet over medium-high
heat,\tcook
ground
beef, onion and garlic until pan juices evaporate and meat is well browned, stirring often. Add
tomatoes with their liquid and remaining ingredients, stirring to mix well
and
break
up
tomatoes over high heat, heat to boiling.
Reduce
heat
to low; cover and simmer 30 minutes to blend flavors, stirring occasionally.
