Baked Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 potatoes, sliced thin
    1 large onion, sliced thin
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Layer potatoes and onion; dot with butter or margarine.
    Mix flour, salt and pepper (to taste) and water together; pour over layers.
    Lay pork chops on top.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Uncover and bake until pork chops brown, turn once.
