Summer Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. yellow summer squash, cut into slices
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 carrot, grated
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Pour squash slices into boiling water.
    Cook 2 minutes and drain.
    Mix squash, chestnuts, soup, sour cream, onion and carrot together.
    Pour in 1 large or 2 small casserole dishes.
    Brown the cracker crumbs with margarine and sprinkle over squash mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
