Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 lb. veal
    1/4 lb. pork
    1 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
    1/2 c. light cream
    eggs
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. dill weed
    1/8 tsp. cardamom (optional)
    butter
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix meats.
    Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes.
    Add meats, eggs, onions, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/4 teaspoon dill weed, allspice, nutmeg and cardamom.
    Mix well and refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour.
