Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. pecans
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 c. chopped pimento
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Soften cheese; add pineapple and 1 cup pecans.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Put mixture in a round bowl and chill. Form into a ball and roll in finely chopped nuts.
