Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 c. flour
1 egg
1 Tbsp. oil
3/4 to 1 c. milk
3 dashes cinnamon
butter and syrup
Preparation

Combine flour, egg, oil and milk.
Add cinnamon and stir well. In hot buttered medium-high skillet, pour just enough batter for 1 pancake.
When edges are bubbled through, flip over.
Cover with butter and syrup.
