Upside-Down Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

1 (12 oz.) can pineapple
cherries
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
3 eggs
6 Tbsp. fruit juice
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
Preparation

Melt butter and brown sugar in iron skillet.
Add pineapple and cherries.
Mix eggs, sugar and fruit juice.
Add baking powder, salt and flour.
Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
