Amazing Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. Angle Flake coconut
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in blender.
    Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Let stand 5 minutes, then sprinkle with coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serve warm or cold.
