Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. snipped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except oil.
Form mixture into balls.
Heat oil and brown meat balls in oil.
Place meat balls into sauce and bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
