Chicken Piquant - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, skinned
3/4 rose or white wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. water from mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
-
Combine.
Pour over chicken; cover.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
Turn chicken half way through and add can of mushrooms.
