Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
2 eggs
3 jalapeno peppers
1 large onion, grated
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. grated cheese
1 small can cream-style corn

Preparation

Mix and bake in greased skillet until brown.
