Pierogi Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes
    1 medium to large onion, chopped
    9 lasagna noodles
    1 to 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. dry milk
    spray margarine
Preparation
    Peel and boil potatoes until they are cooked done enough to mash.
    Drain.
    Save approximately 1 1/2 cups of the potato water. Mix dry milk with water.
    Use this, adding as you mash the potatoes, until they are fluffy.
    Mix in cheese.
    Cook lasagna noodles; drain.
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Coat sheet cake pan with spray margarine.
    Layer noodles, potatoes and onion.
    Repeat layers.
    Top with onion.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
