Asparagus, Brie And Bacon Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 English muffins, sliced, halved and lightly toasted
    3/4 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. fresh basil, chopped
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    6 garlic cloves, crushed (1 Tbsp.)
    12 slices Canadian bacon, cooked
    3 large red peppers, roasted and cut into thin strips
    18 asparagus spears, cooked and cut in half
    12 oz. Brie cheese, cut into 1 oz. slices
Preparation
    Whisk olive oil, basil, mustard and garlic together and set aside.
