Apple Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced apples
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. Crisco oil
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. nuts, chopped
    2 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pour sugar over apples in large bowl.
    Let set for 30 minutes. Add oil and eggs; stir.
    Sift dry ingredients into mixture.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into well-greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
