Chicken Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast halves, boned, skinned and cut into strips
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 garlic clove, minced
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. shredded Jack cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    4 oz. can green chilies
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    12 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Fry chicken, onion and garlic in a little oil.
    In a saucepan, stir cornstarch with broth.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Stir in 1 cup cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and parsley.
    Remove 1 cup sauce.
    Stir chilies into chicken mixture.
    Spoon chicken mixture evenly into 12 tortillas, roll up and place, seam side down, in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Freezes well unbaked.
