Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 c. mashed peaches
Preparation
    Separate eggs; beat egg whites until stiff.
    Take remaining ingredients and mix in separate bowl, then fold in peaches to egg whites.
    Pour in ice cream freezer; fill with milk remaining way.
