Quick Easy Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 c. molasses
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 c. boiling water
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix the oil, sugar, eggs and molasses.
    Add flour and spices, mixing well, then add boiling water and mix again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes (325\u00b0 for glass baking dish).
