Carrot Pennies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

carrots
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 can tomato
1 c. sugar
salt and pepper
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Slice carrots crossways or diagonally and cook until tender (2 pounds makes 1 1/2 to 2 quarts).
To make sauce, cook together.
