Henderson House Cold Peach Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. canned (fresh or frozen) peaches, chopped
    2 1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Put the peaches, sour cream or yogurt and extract in blender or food processor and blend well. If canned peaches are used, you may need to add 1 to 2 teaspoons of the syrup so the mixture will not be too thick. The finished soup should be about the consistency of thick cream.
