Deep South Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Minute rice to serve 6 people
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    4 whole chicken breasts or 1` 1/2 chickens, cooked, deboned and cut up
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 tsp. curry powder
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Prepare Minute rice to serve six people in chicken broth. Spread in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Spread broccoli over rice.
    Spread chicken over broccoli.
