Braunschweiger Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. braunschweiger
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. horseradish
8 oz. cream cheese
sliced pimento
olives, sliced
Preparation

Mix softened braunschweiger, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish together and form into a ball.
Put ball into freezer.
Let stand until it stiffens (about 2 hours).
