San Antonio Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
1 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 c. corn, drained
2/3 c. picante sauce
Preparation

Mix 1 tablespoon cumin with garlic salt.
Sprinkle on chicken. Brown in oil.
Mix remaining ingredients with the other tablespoon of cumin.
Pour this mixture over the chicken.
Cover and cook 20 to 30 minutes on top of the stove.
Serve over rice.
